The hotel was really clean and spacious, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The amenities provided were top-notch and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and dinner had plenty of choices and really filled me up. the location was really convenient as it was close to the university street and public transportation.
One of the downsides I encountered was that the traffic was pretty bad, but this was due to nearby construction. Another issue was that there weren't many restaurant options in the area, which meant that I had to dine at the expensive hotel restaurant or take a taxi to get food.

The hotel and the staff were great.
The Wifi was slow to unusable and that also for Chinese websites. The Internet bandwidth was not nearly sufficient for two weeks.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Large rooms with nice bathroom. All available. Restaurant is recommended for western food. Laundry service was good. Great swimming pool

This new hotel in Changchun is absolutely one of the best I've been to. The amenities are top-notch, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The dining options for dinner and breakfast were excellent, with a wide variety of choices. Special thanks to the receptionist Kira for making my stay memorable with birthday surprises.

Although there wasn't any restaurant nearby, taking a taxi to the mall is quite cheap. the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lots of amenities provided. the staff was friendly and provided a great service. Breakfast was delicious with many options available.
The traffic nearby can get a bit loud.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The hotel provided ample parking for guests and transportation was easily accessible. The location was convenient to a mall which was only 6 yuan away. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff provided exceptional service, and the exclusive amenities were impressive. the spa and wellness centre offered diverse treatments and the indoor swimming pool was delightful. Our room exhibited luxurious characteristics, like the comfortable bed, spaciousness, and private facilities.
Although the location had location advantages, transportation to and from the hotel in this area was under construction. the breakfast ends early on weekends only.
